In a case, which is the first of its kind in history, BURRAGE was convicted of the same charge that i have(distribution of a drug, resulting in death)...9-0 supreme court judges over turned his charge and released him stating that the courts had to prove that only the drug in question is the drug that killed the victim, which it was not. The victim had VARIOUS substances in his/her system! It is the same for my case...But I was not able to prove it, and took a plea. I wrote you guys about this 2 years ago, and was just waiting on the results. Now they are in, and if this guy could get his case over turned, than so can I....Im trying to contact the same lawyer to see if he will assist me in the case, and of course i would have to ask him to do this pro-bono, but for now all we can do is Keep our fingers crossed and pray.
