In an age where information is readily available, and where companies and agencies constantly keep their customers and clients informed, why do we in a metropolitan area as vast as Atlanta, still have an agency that gives little to no information when we ride the train. On the Doraville NB train this am, we sat at Lakewood Ft McPherson station for four minutes before moving. Nothing was said over the loud speaker. We drag on to Oakland City station. Sit for two minutes, nothing said. By time we make it to West End station, it is apparent that we are severely behind as this train arrives at Art Center at 7:24 approximately, however, we are just arriving at West End at this time. It should, by now, be a requirement, that ALL TRAIN OPERATORS keep your passengers informed IN THE EVENT of a delay. This will allow us to prepare accordingly with those employers that are sympathetic to our commute. Just a suggestion!
