In an attempt to apply the topic of my thesis to my life, I have decided to Gamify my goals into Operations as though I am a Special Forces soldier attempting to achieve objectives. As mentioned in yesterdays status, I am going for Justin 2.0. The Operational name for this is Operation Phoenix. Operation Smokeless is a sub-objective to the super-objectives of the Phoenix. With this in mind: * Operation Smokeless is going strong having hit the next objective of 2 weeks without a cigarette. * Operation GainfullyEmployed continues with a minimum of one job application a day. A callback interview for Thursday adds a few points to this operations goal progress. * Operation Pitbull is considered a success and must be upgraded to a new operation. If you need this one explained, then you do not have the security clearance for it. ;) * Operation Primal is going strong with me losing another kilo and running 3 times last week. Working on getting a bike ride in and looking at doing CrossFit in the near future. Dietary concerns are only partially successful at the moment. * Operation BaseCamp is proceeding as Media functions were setup this weekend. A number of essential furnishings need to be acquired to reach the next objective. If you are wondering why I wrote this small novella, it is because I find it fun to share when I am attempting something out of the ordinary, e.g. adding game concepts to my real life.
