In behalf of the family I have been asked to post something here. Valley Medical Records will be closing at the end of January. So if you or someone you know has not collected their charts and still want them, please contact the office. 604-467-3434. A record storage facility will be taking over the charts and from what I have been told it will be more expensive to to get the charts from this company in the long run. Once you request your charts they will be burnt onto a CD and you can arrange a time to pick the CD up at the office. You will have this CD to give to your currant doctor. They will download it and give the CD back to you. You will then have this CD in your possession for if you travel and need to have your medical information. Or if you need to change doctors. I believe Tuesday is the last day to request the charts if you want them before Friday. Thank you. And please pass this along to any family members or friends that you know may need to know this and doesnt belong to this site.
