In case some of you are wondering exactly what Ive been doing for weight loss, I thought Id share a more detailed explanation... I joined BeachBody as a Coach. My site is teambeachbody/dmick87. I did what is called a Challenge Pack. (and got to get my coach-sign-up fee waived). In the challenge pack you get a workout program and the Shakeology. Shakeology is a super nutritious meal replacement, that you can use for breakfast, after a workout, or whenever you need it! One scoop (or packet) of Shakeology has the nutrients you would get out of a whole days worth fruits and vegetables. The plan I chose was 21 Day Fix. Its 7 different 30 minute workouts (one for each day of the week) and an eating plan with color-coded containers for Veggies, Fruits, Proteins, Carbs, Nuts/Cheeses/Hummus, and Dressing/Seeds/Etc. Ive had my ups and downs with getting in the swing of the eating plan and workouts, but I am in love with the Shakeology.. I am doing better getting my workouts in these past 2 days, but Im still not completely on track with my meal plan.
