In case some of you didnt already know... I married Super Woman! Yes I know the secret identity thing and what not, but HEY this is the age of Facebook and social media, I knew you would all find out anyway. Valerie truly is MY Superwoman and the reason that I am able to accomplish anything of value. Her strength through my craziness has kept me going. Luv ya babes! (BTW... I do have a little advantage as I know her Kryptonite... when I hear THAT tone, I simply drop chocolate and run!) Here is a little bit of her story in her own words... No, I wasnt bit by a spider, struck by lightning, or given a blood transfusion - I was just a TIRED, over-whelmed mom of 4 that FINALLY found her super powers in a bag! I had resigned myself to just living day to day with aches and pains. 4 years of not being able to enjoy anything I ate due to digestive issues, I had pretty much given up on healthy eating. I mean, why bother if you are just going to be sick anyway! Finding Shakeology has given me more than just a nutrition top up - now I have the energy to workout, coach others on their fitness journey AND keep up with my kids. We all know EVERY mom needs a super-power, mine came in a bag! Where do all you awesome moms find yours?
