In case you missed it... Our kitchen turned into a laboratory yesterday with Food Scientist Amanda Greene in Intro to Molecular Gastronomy! The students had a grand time experimenting and creating various edible items using special ingredients while applying molecular techniques. We were amazed at the delicious results!
