In developed countries Heads and CEOs of companies are probed because big companies also uses public finances. Not to allow them to misuse money power; all laws are created and monitored by elite highly knowledgeable regulatory authorities.That is the reason developed countries like US , US Aus and many more have strong Government and strong but effective system. Majority of people there are honest because they are under proper education system in place hence controls are effective. In India, after independence size of big companies have grown more than the size of many lending banks. It may be noted that the size of NPAs are growing. Those are public monies. The depositors are loosing interest. The clean moneies dont get due respect from the banking and financial system. So instead or infact the medium and large borrowers of monies from banks more than five lakhs or so for businesses must be charged a higher rate of interest and individual depositors in banks must be paid higher rate of interest and these small depositor should be allowed to lend agaist bank guareenntee for pjblic company financicing in projects then only the system becomez equible or oghwrwise shall always remain dubious.These are the times for Governments to think of taking over large businesses and merge with its respective sector or handover to other more competitive persons as soon as any financial or technical irregularities are noticed or brought to notice by competitive authorities The rouges must be taught lessons by use of good laws. Gov is yet to reach out to many as culprits are right at the end of the chain. There is no dearth if honest and experienced people in the country. All things are noted so upcoming generation can understand what is what and what are their responsibilities. Takeovers must be rigorously taught in the colleges along with reasons by law. This is the only way a country like India can hope for any thing really good not by just numerical figures but quality charecter and be made applicable right from top to bottom in development of people. Remember India can not be run by people whose life is driven by slogans. Then.a new trend can be witnessed more frequently in the world headed by the Valmiki /es ( the person earlier the murderer then transformed himself by writing of spelling out versions of Ramayana) only become the head of the Governments.
