In in spite of being gone for soooo long, I never stop my quest on finding amazing products that might work for you, guys. I discovered this product through a close friend of mine who has a gorgeous pinky white skin. According to her, she wasn’t born with naturally fair skin. What’s her secret?? It’s Kojie San Kojic Acid soap. I was so convinced that I went to the nearest supermarket (immediately) on my dorm to check this out. Amazingly, it was so affordable! I couldn’t believe it at first. “That amazing result for this affordable price?,” I asked myself as I raised my eyebrows on this product. Nevertheless, in spite of my doubts, I went home with a box of kojic soap. And now, the big question is…. What are my thoughts on the product? I LOVE IT BIGTIME! So big that I had to write it all CAPS. Hahaha! --Para ma-feel niyo lol. Kojie San was the first first Kojic Acid soap to be made available commercially in the Philippines. I use this soap on my face and body (take note, it’s the only soap that I use on my face and body). I lather the soap on my skin for few minutes before washing it off. It gives me stinging sensation-- that’s when you’ll know that the product actually works. I have been using this for a month now and my friends notice that my skin lightens with daily use of this soap. I have never been soooo satisfied with a whitening soap like this before. Aside from that, this soap made my skin smoother and less oily. Before, I always get big acne on my cheeks and forehead before my monthly period but to my surprise, this month I never had one. However, just like any other whitening soap, this made my skin drier. But there’s no dryness that can’t be solved by applying generous amount of moisturizer after washing your face (or lotion on your body). As for me, I have been so addicted to face masks as it moisturizes my skin really well. Also, just like other kojic soap, this soap runs out easily (as it melts). I suggest you divide it into parts and store it in a drier area to avoid melting. Those are the only problems I encountered, so far. I highly recommend this product to all girls who want to lighten their skin without spending a huge amount of money. It’s very affordable and yet, so effective! I already recommended this to my friends and my sisters and they loved it as well!! You might hate the stinging sensation at first, but you’ll get used to it. Remember, no pain no gain!
