In just 6 days we will be heading to Arizona for Jasons surgery to have the last of tumy the brain tumor, as Jason calls it, removed. We feel very positive about his surgery and look forward to a life without seizures or medications! (hopefully). Jason is very brave and doesnt seem too nervous. We have amazing doctors treating him. The #1 brain mapping doctor in the world and the chief neurosurgeon at barrows, which has done his last two procedures, will be working together to get tumy once and for all! Right now Jason has started steroids to keep his brain from swelling during and after surgery. This is making him very hungry so now distraction is the name of the game! Anything to keep his mind off food. On the 29th Jason will be featured on Miracle Flights website, blog, FB page and Twitter to help bring awareness to this amazing foundation that has helped us so much.
