In memory of a fine fighter pilot:Peter Cazenove. This was his Spitfire that he sdly died a few weeks before they discovered it under the sands of Dunkirk Beach. He wondered what had happened to it and whether anyone would ever find it again, just before he died. Andy Saunders tells of this remarkable restoration and there is a wonderful air to air flying sequence, which is delightful and the restoration is a great tribute to this pilot, and to those responsible for its recovery, restoration and operation today. Together with the other Dunkirk discovery of Sqn Ldr Stephenson`s Spitfire Mk 1, I find these recoveries to fly again absolutely astounding and uplifting.
