In my martial arts study I have learn many join locks and control techniques. I have reduced this down to a definitive list for our school. The Hung Sing 108 Chin Na. The names for the techniques though cryptic have been carefully considered. The aim of this teaching method is to forge a permanent bond between the name and the application once taught.
