In my opinion, up voting an ideologue like anthropic is quite questionable. Not only are his articles full of logical fallacies - but ones that pinpoint the enemy, the no-good leftist. In doing so anthropic consistently uses over generalization, stereotyping and name calling to make his points. In fact, his points are generally threadbare assertions. If Mr. Goatguy, you see beyond right wingers or lefties - both poorly defined anachronisms, why would you give any support to someone who consistently traffics in these concepts? You state its neither a left or a right problem - but when individuals begin selling and endorsing these concepts - some will certainly begin acting on them. It is this type of noncritical thinking and namecalling that is the fuel that fires the furnace. For this reason, you are definitely getting my down vote.
