In my personal experience, the most powerful weapon in my arsenal for combating hopelessness is my Christian faith. Some of my Facebook Friends might not know this, but I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis about two years ago. I dont say this to try to get people to feel sorry for me, because except for a few moments here and there, I dont feel sorry for myself; and I give all the glory for that to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! I dont know whether God will choose to heal me during my time on Earth, or if He plans to wait until I get to Heaven; but ultimately, whichever way Hes going to handle it is OK with me; because having received Christ as my Savior, I know where Im going when my time comes. That said, even if I have to deal with this stuff for another twenty years, what is that compared to trillions of years times trillions of years times eternity? Roughly 7,300 days/ 175,200 hours, is but a few more minutes when compared to eternity.
