In my personal opinion breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I start my day off with - 6 weetbix - approximately 200ml of milk -1 scoop of protein powder - a decent handful of sultanas - approximately 75g of frozen berries - 1 tablespoon of honey Totals are: 760 calories 6g of fat 120g of carbohydrates 12g of fibre 57g of protein Keep in mind breakfast is also my post workout meal so its important to get an adequate amount of carbohydrates and protein whilst a relatively low amount of fat.
