In my position its not easy, sometimes you jus have to bite your tongue & smile. Ive met a lot of lovely, happy & patient customers in the last week. And then theres the rude ones....Apparently I got told my job is degrading & its better to be on the DPB where its easier as you dont have to get up & go anywhere & you get money for doing nothing.....ummm then theres the oh you have an easy job scanning stuff, push a couple of keys & youre done....Well actually its not easy as you think lol. If you have never worked a Till in your life it is hard to remember doing certain transactions as my brains almost about to explode. Its easier said than done. Im really enjoying my job as Checkout Operator. So those who judge me I honestly Dont Care or give a shit. At the end of the day its a job & I get to meet loads of lovely and interesting people. Regardless the rude attitude some people have I will always Smile & say Have a great day :)
