In one of the groups Im in a user asked a question about if they were doing something wrong in their software or if they have just gone full retard. I seriously hate when people use that word in that way (as well as other words) so I thought Id hit up YouTube and find one of the videos that explains why using it that way is rude, derogatory, and ignorant. I found a couple, but nothing that I felt had the impact I was looking for. Then I found this one and it nearly brought me to tears. But the comments put me over the edge. I understand that for some people words are JUST words, but I wish these people could understand and respect that for other people, words can have a very real, often very deep impact. But not only do some people just not get it, but they go out of their way to be as offensive with these words as possible. Why are humans so horrible to each other? youtu.be/fkdtEOrrkPs
