In order to celebrate the drinking heritage of Germany in the next few weeks we will highlight German Cocktails. German Cocktail of the Day: Apfelstrudel Ingredients: 3 Blackberry 3 cl Sparkling Wine 3 cl Apple juice 2 cl Vanilla Syrup 2 cl Honey Liqueur 2 cl Vodka Ice Cubes Put all ingredients in a blender except the Champagne. Blend the mixture with ice and strain into a frosted katalina glass with ice cubes and top with champagne. Garnish with apple slices and blackberry and serve.
