Eligibility for child care leave is based on the childs Singapore citizenship status. a) The Employee is entitled to three (3) days of employerpaid childcare leave, remaining three (3) days of government-paid child care leave, and two (2) days of government-paid extended child care leave per calendar year upon the completion of 3 calendar months of service, if he/she has any Singapore citizen child below age seven (7) in that year. b) The Employee is entitled to two (2) days of employerpaid childcare leave per calendar year upon the completion of 3 calendar months of service, if he/she has any non-Singapore citizen child below age seven (7) in that year.
