In order to have a good life we need to feel good about our selves and our bodies. Build strength in the upper body and open the back of your legs with Adho Mukha Svanasana - Downward Facing Dog. Gain flexibility for your spine and for the iliopsoas muscle by bringing the knee to forehead and elbow. Increase the strength of your abs and lower back with plank pose. Repeat 5 times each one, both sides. This was filmed on Episcopiei Street, a beautiful street in Bucharest, close to The Romanian Atheneum. Have a beautiful sunny autumn day!
