In order to see beyond your own shadow you must go to the highest plateau - the body is the seat of carnal instinctual drives and urges, the heart and mind are the place of feelings thoughts and subjective emotions but there is a realm beyond this where awareness in the form of undifferentiated consciousness can extend beyond the limitations and vulnerabilities of its material and chemical confines - a place where the who, what, when, where, how and why cease to be of any great concern or interest. In this state you become inexhaustibly youthful and timeless where you are filled with a patient sense of wonder and subtle spontaneity. I have only but glimpsed the infinite breaking through the clouds of my self-delusional confusion but for a moment and in that moment all was precious all was beautiful and the tears rolled down.
