In our conversation last night Karolyn started off by apologizing for No Kill Nations obsession with trying to have me jailed. She admitted that they knew the hounds were well cared for yet went along with Debis plan to target the dogs by forcing a court hearing that would have required me to leave them alone for five days because Debi knew I would never agree to that. Besides the question as to what legitimate leader of an animal advocacy group would spend three years and over $100,000 targeting someone who is critical of their organization? Can you even imagine leaders like Wayne Pacelle or Ingrid being that obsessed? The other damning question for which there is NO ANSWER is who do you know in the animal advocacy community that would target close to thirty old senior dogs in order to silence questions that ultimately prove to be true? This court case started when I raised serious questions about No Kill Nations role in the then Everglades Project in the fall of 2011. Fact is my allegations of misuse of those funds has now been proven and verified by a then No Kill Nation board member who has offered to testify in court to those facts. No Kill Nation under its current leadership of Debi Day and Kathy Santomero has been permanently damaged due to the criminal involvement of both officers in this court case. Kathy Santomero committed a felony by falsely swearing under penalty of law that over 100 blogs written on the Drats, the squirrels and nuts are taking over blog alleging they defamed No Kill Nation or the plaintiff Debi day despite the fact those blogs made no mention whatsoever of either parties. That is a felony I am pursuing with the U.S. Attorneys office in Atlanta. There are numerous felonies under investigation against Debi Day as well. One serious allegation that has come up is a discussion Day had suggesting someone travel to Georgia to kill me. That is a felony too. This is not going to end well for No Kill nation or either of its two current board members. That is MY COMMITMENT to closing this case.
