In our society, its not how hard or good you are with your work, its how well you know how to network with your bosses. Its here you get your recognitions for your next promotions. Its here you get recognize with regard to your CEP (Current Estimate Potential). Forget of being hard / excellent at your work or job. Singapore has evolved into a Society where the values of our hard working fore-fathers had eroded into a society where Balls Carriers have arrives to stay rooted ! Its a system created by men. System itself are prone to abuse. Men created a system to facilitate or appease the people to say that their system are fair , just & transparent. But dont forget who create the system? Its men themselves. Men are after all still human. They have the seven sins. Men always say they are fair , clean & just. How many great men have fallen with shame ? Ask your conscience .. are you Clean ? Fair ? Just ? I am not perfect, I try not to live by the seven sins. I never say but, I try not to. I never give reasons for my mistakes, I answer my mistakes & correct it. I learned not to live by my mistakes. We are nobody to judge others potential. Everyone of us has the potential. Your potential may differs from mine, so dont judge.
