In response to a couple of complaints that I have seen on Facebook over the last couple of days. I want to assure you that your new council is working so hard to gain your respect and trust again. We have inherited a lot of problems, to which we will find solutions, we are working through them slowly, but like all things and in particular with councils, these things take time. You now have a council that wants to work with you and for you, in making our town great again, but in order to do that we must present a united front. By airing your complaints and anger on public forums you are only giving those that are looking for us to fail, ammunition to criticise and condemn us. I am asking you now as Mayor to contact us directly, with any concerns and complaints you may have. You can email or phone me, or the council offices or any other councillor in your ward. You put us in place, all I am asking for is a little patience and a little trust. We know what needs to be done and with your help and your support we will do it. Thank you Mark
