In response to the 1 star ratings we received from David Ely, Montana Stewart and Selda Ann Kohl Temple stating that we dont warranty products that we install. We do in fact warranty the products that we sell and INSTALL. We warranty them against manufacturer defects, we cannot however warranty products that were wired incorrectly by the customer, whether in our store, parking lot, etc. We employ a trained and certified installer. The most upsetting thing about these reviews is that they come from the customer, his girlfriend (who wasnt there) and friend/family member (also not there). Two of them clearly stated that Express AVL wired up the sub, making it sound like our installer cant wire up a simple sub-woofer, so we have decided to download the video from our surveillance camera as proof of the incorrectness of these reviews, It clearly show the customer wiring and hooking up the sub himself. Our salesman did give him wire strippers after the customer tried doing it with his teeth:(, but his involvement with the installation was very, very minimal as you can see:) Sorry for the lengthy post but we take this very seriously.
