In response to the nonsense sms I received from BT Sorry but you do not seem to be grasping the concept of what I have said, I am not stupid I did not ask for any clarification of the account I told you straight, I outright REFUSE to pay BT any cancellation charges Last month I booked my home move, After several attempts at BT ordering my broadband service (4 actually (I refused the fifth in the middle of being to told by a customer services agent that they were in the process of again re-ordering) and, After being assured on the third order as it was a new order not a recovered order, That IT WOULD NOT FAIL and WILL BE ACTIVE BY MIDNIGHT on 21st I had an e-mail saying thank you for your order it will be activated anytime up until midnight on the 22d! and STILL the order fails!!!) I am forced to take the services from another provider, Which requires that I take the phone line from them as well, now, Is that my fault? NO, You (as a company) failed to deliver on the services multiple times so I have NO CHOICE but to go elsewhere, And it just so happens that I have tried to re-order online but now haha BT website now says no services are available in this area. So what exactly am I supposed to do when BT cannot deliver on the services but another company can, Why should I be penalized for ending the contract early when you fail to check orders are completed, You fail to deliver on orders that are accepted and booked, You fail to provide a formal written apology for failing to deliver services, You fail to provide adequate explanation for non-delivery of services (It has failed and I have re-ordered it for you IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH), You fail to provide adequate customer services (namely do not understand simple English). You probably did no even completely read through this but then I am used to that as the next contact I have from you will be nonsense as well, So just note if need be I will go to court to fight this because no way am I going to pay for BTs failures.
