In summary this research points out the obvious misclassification of the marijuana plant by definitions assigned to it. Pointing out the bureaucracy prepares future researches of a utilitarian approach, which would benefit patients, and coincide with the goals of the various agencies involved with keeping the synthetic harmful cannabinoids out of the hands of drug dealers and the public. Thereby, finally allowing for the reclassifying of unhampered Marijuana from a schedule I drug to the same classification of the ailments it treats
