In the 1960s, Filipino seafarers brought karatedo from Okinawa... the Diablolo is thankful for having been bequeathed the skills and an ethos entire that stems from the art... he earned his kuro obi at 10... only two of 100 who started as white belts make it as a blackbelt... and of every 100 first dan blackbelts, only one gets to the second dan... and by demographic reckoning that will include those who didnt bother to get into the art, the Diablolo is one soul in a million searching souls... Diablolo hasnt grown old... he has grown into a rarity... Mwa-ha-ha-haw!
