In the Bible, Joseph interprets Pharoahs mysterious dreams and advices him to set up an Excess Food Account to save up food for a whole nation in the years of abundance against the years of lack. In Nigeria, the President knows not how to dream and worse of all has no advisers who knows the essence of an Excess Crude Account In 2007 we had $40billion in savings and by the end of 2014 our savings had been depleted to a meagre $4billion without being accounted for. Sometimes people who have not managed a business successfully and added one naira ontop of another have no business being in government or advising those in government.
