In the Camp Gladiator world we call this up up down down movement Johnny Cs! This is great for the core plus upper body strength. I am all about integrating core strength and stability in almost everything I do, and I also love movement variations so this was a great circuit to do. As I always say to my peoples if that core aint right the rest of you aint gonna be tight!. Think about it this way: Every movement in your entire body involves your Core. Why do you not want to strengthen it? You already know I can teach a 30 minutes class on nothing but core work #shamelessplug , but really all of your workouts should have some type of core strengthening component somewhere. Im a living witness that it makes you better everywhere. Even holding a basic plank (on toes or on knees) for 15-30 seconds at a time is by far one of the best ways to get core stronger. Move 1: Spidey Cs--hands go out wide, elbows come back directly under shoulders. Move 2: Johnny C+Tricep Push Up Move 3: Burpee + Johnny C in the middle Moves 1&2 can be modified by going to the knees, move 3 can be modified by taking the jump back to plank out and just walking the feet back (option to get on knees), johnny c, step feet back in, and lift up at the top on your toes while lifting your arms. Try at your own risk (basically dont sue me LOL) and have fun!
