This is regarding one of our active member S.H.M Sameek, who had been a dedicated social worker with our society for many years. He is 34 years old and is father of a 1 ½ years old child. He is currently diagnosed with dural arterio venous fistula after going through various checkups in Kandy General Hospital and with specialized Doctors in Colombo for the past one year, and due to this disease he has lost his eye sight in the last 2 months. He has been advised by specialized Doctors on this stream to undergo Endovascular Embolization treatment at earliest possible to treat this disease and prevent him from further suffering as well as to save his life. It is estimated that the above treatment will cost around 4 million rupees and this amount is well beyond the capability of his family. Therefore we kindly request you to generously assist him in the name of Allah to save his life and enable him to see this world again.
