In the face of their boss’s intimidation and pressure, workers - TopicsExpress

In the face of their boss’s intimidation and pressure, workers of the U.S based Greif-Sanjut sack factory maintain their organized struggle by utilizing their collective power to first slow down production and now to occupy the factory. They demand humane working conditions, removal of sub-contractors at the factory, upgraded low wages and the wage-slavery conditions, and basic social rights. The occupation will continue until their demands are met. So far, negotiations for collective bargaining with the boss and TIS (Textile Workers Union) proved fruitless, which led to the occupation.
