In the interest of some world culture, I will share this Punjab love song. As you watch the video, you will see many cultural similarities, as well as many differences. Punjabis are known as hard working, entrepeneurial and this area of India is noticeably clean. Sikhs populate the region and the men take a lifelong vow to not cut their hair. To keep it from becoming unwieldy, they wear many different colored turbines, which have No relationship to some other turbine-wearing folks. The Punjabi women who I have worked with while here in India have been outstandingly beautiful and nice to work with. Punjab is in Northern India, an area with lots of rivers, canals and amazing farms. It stretches to the Pakistani border at Amritsar, the site of the Golden Temple, the Premier temple for the Sikh religion.
