In the last 24 hours I have heard rumor from a Georgian, and from the USA, that I am homeless ;) Ive never been homeless. In fact, I gave up a upper middle class home that was completely paid for (bank didnt own it) which my family made more money on in selling (fixed it up or flipped), than most Americans will see in two years working full time :) The last two times I was in the USA, I was offered to move in and fixed up or stay as long as I wanted the home that was a nursing care business I ran for some years. Instead of just moving in, or choosing to reside there, with all the tools in the world and all the options to do as I wish, I choose to rent it out for my father, who thought it would take a few months (accurately) to prepare it for rental. A very good large family rented it, seeing it here as I made it available on facebook through friends, and had the place cleaned up and liveable within 2 weeks. It has 6 rooms, full basement (though not finished) and a large yard, 2 story home. In Tbilisi, I have a flat in the center of the city, near a major known street, just about 30 seconds walk, 2nd floor ;) I have rented apartments long term in Panama city, Panama, Kyiv Ukraine, Russia, and more than anywhere on earth Tbilisi... so dear ones, sorry to disappoint you, Ive never been homeless. I more than sure if that were to happen, there would be some wildly happy motherf*ckers among you reading here, but of course that never will, and the majority of you will laugh when you read this ;) Incredible... :) That house I gave up and rented out for my family, we rent for ONLY $400 a month, my father is always too kind and charitable, because the REAL market value for rent on a house with 6 bedrooms in our community, I am told is $1,200 a month, and its literally just ONE block from Missouri Valley College, a private college I attended, which has international students from AROUND the world, including Britian right now... China, etc. and yes some are attending from the eastern block countries too, and one local Marshall resident American citizen, Latvian born, with Russian father has taught there :) JUST for your information... and for my LYING Haters out there ;) LOL so damned funny ;) My Dad didnt think he would have the time or energy to invest in that project until far after his fishing guide season, THOSE OF YOU reading here SAW this deal posted about here, I finished and handled completely in mid August 2014, just a few weeks before I left the USA, posting the next song below, after I presented the lease and got the contract signed for that business deal, as usual, for my family - :)
