In the last rakaat of taraweeh prayer, the reciter recited this - TopicsExpress

In the last rakaat of taraweeh prayer, the reciter recited this verse: “And We granted not to any human being immortality before you (O Muhammad); then if you die, would they live forever?” [al-Anbiya’ 21:34] . The Imaam then stopped to explain to us that Allah is saying that if anybody had to live forever, it would have been the Prophet PBUH, but since he died, death is upon all of us. All of a sudden the Imaams face turned red. A man who stood in congregation prayer with us fell to the floor. He stopped moving. He was rushed to the Emergencies. A little while after, the Imaam announced the mans death and his Janazah time. Ironic? Maybe a coincidence? I think not. The most indescribable feeling ever is hearing the verses of the Quran and witnessing these verses transpire right before your eyes. The Quran is not just filled with words, the Quran warns us of events that are yet to come. I just witnessed Allah warn something and then prove it right before my eyes. Innalilahi wa inna ilahi rajioon.
