In the last two weeks, we have noted an increase in Impaired driving offenses in town. This despite a lot of publicity around awareness events like the National Day of Remembrance for Road Crash Victims and the MADD Project Red Ribbon Campaign. Some are not getting the message: 5 drivers have been charged recently for alleged drinking and driving offenses within the Town of Bridgewater. Good news is the public is calling police when they see suspicious driving activity. HUGE THANKS for this. We truly appreciate the assistance in taking these people off our streets and roads.
