In the past I have always detested strength based workouts such as lifting weights, dumbbells, certain calisthenics, etc. I have spent the better part of ten months getting into better shape with cardio based workouts such as jogging, STEP classes, swimming, Tae-Bo, Zumba, and Jane Fonda. Since I have a very smart & dedicated personal trainer in the immediate family, they have been on top of me that I need strength training as well. When I saw this awesome promotion I decided to give the place a try. I am SO HAPPY I did! From someone who always detested lifting weights and boot camp style workouts, I REALLY have been enjoying the class here at Fitness Revolution! The other people in the class have been extremely supportive and even encourage me to reach my potential during the workout. The instructor is fantastic. During the workout he manages to get around the room to all the people and get them to work according to their fitness levels and personal best. He will spot you immediately if you need help, are struggling, or just need to have your butt kicked even more ;). He provides great modifications when needed that allow you to get the proper exercise and help in preventing injury if you have to use extra caution with a specific area/s of the body. Thanks Fitness Revolution for taking an exercise I don’t really like and turning it into such a positive area of fun and motivation! Sincerely, a very happy & APPRECIATIVE teacher :) .
