In the slow cooker, slow cooking away! Pulled Pork. I ended up putting diced onion and apple on the bottom, a splash of wine and veggie stock on the bottom. It was forequarter apparently so it was folded in half. I unfolded it and gave it a sensual massage with salt, pepper, thyme, garlic and a bit of paprika. Popped a small handful of the onion and apple into the middle and folded it again. Threw it into the bowl, splashed worcestershire (holy crap thats a hard word to spell) sauce and smokey BBQ sauce over the top. Its on low and Ill let it go for about 8 hours. Im planning on making gravy from the juices down the bottom and freezing in sandwich sized portions.
