In the spirit of a tradition started by my friend, Jenna DeMontmollin Jayroe, I share my top 25 experiences & accomplishments in 2015. 1. Traveled back to a city close to my heart, Budapest, and got to share all of my favorite places with my husband (his first time there) 2. Gave myself a mini-sabbatical retreat in Tuscon, where I felt rested, renewed, and generally in heaven surrounded by natural beauty and many critters 3. Had a wall built in our garden to make maintenance more manageable, thereby giving me back one of my favorite past times and hobbies that I had started to neglect 4. Grew cucumbers and made pickles for the first time, and they turned out pretty great 5. Said goodbye to two of the sweetest dogs one could ever love, Snoopy and Ginger 6. After enduring the loss of Snoopy & Ginger, opening up our hearts and home to a new adoptee, Ziggy 7. Re-connected with a dear friend living in Alexandria, VA, who was essentially my family in my early days living in the Bay Area, who included me in every holiday meal when I was an orphan.
