One of the ways this is being done is through spraying chemicals in the air that contain heavy metals like alluminium. This reflects the sunlight. These particals in the air can also be charged through energy beams that are being directed from earth. By doing this, it is quite possible to control rainfall and more. This has a dramatic effect on our lives. Nature is being damaged and animals and humans are loosing their health.
