In this video, I tried a bit of mixing with my software to tune the sounds, music, and video. I am uploading a 1080p version first, but if it gets too degraded during facebook processing I will upload a 720p version. (Hit HD when viewing) The place is Foresthill in the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range east of Sacramento. It is quite a contrast in environment to the Black Rock Desert, indeed. (i.e. there are trees :-P ) The music is by Torkom Ji, and it is called Remember Tomorrow. I used it in my first clip earlier this year, but the shortness of the clip required me to not use the entire song at the time. This time, I am able to use the entire song, and I am really happy with the results. This effort does the music more justice, I believe :-). The engine, speech, and natural sounds integrate better with the music at the beginning and end......that took some immediate learning curve resolution on my video software, to be sure. The environment is beautiful and the trail included many 2-3 foot high water bars which enabled us to get max air time off each jump; airtime without subsequent personal injury being my personal nirvana :-P . I hope you enjoy this as much as I do. My only lament is that you cant see the native ultra-high resolution that comes off the GoPro. It is absolutely breathtaking! Facebook would likely freeze up if they allowed folks like me to upload in high resolution ;-) Haha! Cheers!
