Inbox: Can you do a pp for me please? Not baby related but i need some advice. I sold a stage 1 car seat on my fb on behalf as a friend. She was moving & doesnt have internet often but i know she needs money. Shes a single mum to 2 small ones with no support from dad. She didnt.know a lot about it as the dad got it for her a couple of years ago before he left. I looked on google & found that stage 1 is approx from 9 months - 4 years. I told the lady that braught it that i wasnt 100% and googled it. She came to view it & i made sure she still wanted it, she did. It was £10. That was 2 weeks ago. Today the lady messaged me saying it was mis sold & she wants her money back. She said she put her friends 4 1/2 year old in it & he didnt fit. It wasnt mis sold but i can understand shes unhappy. My friends really having a hard time atm. Especially with money. Im a single mum myself so i cant afford to give the lady the money. I dont know what to do for the best. I know it wasnt mis sold im 100% cartain it wasnt. I sell my sons stuff so i would never sell something i was not confident was ok. Do i tell the.lady no shes not getting the money back & not worry my friend or do ii have to get my friend to give her the refund? I feel awful being in the middle. I dont want to upset my friend but i dont want to upset the lady either? Xx Belinda.x
