(Inbox) Happy New Year #MCAR Forum! Imagine a world where there are no insecurities. A world where love is the only motivation. A world free from anxiety(fear), overthinking(fear), jealousy(fear), control freaks(fear), impatience(fear), self absorption(fear) and the likes. Heres the situation. I just made VP at my job. I am very grateful and excited about the responsibility. I am the only woman and the only black/latina. My boss is married to a black woman and while I think love is beautiful, she is extremely insecure. She went off when she found out I went to a basketball game with the guys because the company has season tickets that VPs use. She complains that he and I are in meetings too long at the client sites and she blows his phone up while we are offsite--->then shows up onsite with their 1 year old complaining that she needs a break, but really walking by my office to see what Im doing. Ive tried general convo, but she NEVER looks me in my eyeball. It is the craziest thing. Whats even crazier is I am not even the type that would get with married or otherwise unavailable men. Definitely not my boss. This is creating stress for everyone. He is always complaining about it, but would rather let the season game tickets go to waste instead of hearing her mouth. My concern is my safety. She seems crazy. She even had him hire her cousin to work at the office and when I give her small tasks, she tells me no. Crazy. He allows it...even more CRAZy! As I step into the new year ignoring all this bs, I am opened to your thoughts about it. Oh BTW, shes 6 months preggo and due in April. Happy New Year! #MCAR
