Inbox Ppp? Advice please? Im claiming single in a private let with my newborn at the moment I receive income based ESA. My partner and I are wanting to live together to be a family in our own wee flat ... as we feel its the right thing to do... Anyway my partner didnt qualify for paternity leave so too it off his holidays for when I was due our baby girl but when he returned he got cut a load of hours down to only three shifts a week completing 1 and half maybe 3-4 hours maximum if its a good day hes really struggling with money. I thought we could claim together as he only works probs 9 hours a week if hes lucky until he finds a decent job (he plans to go to uni next year) hes constantly looked for jobs before and when he started that job he has and still is looking with no luck! What would happen if we claimed together for the moment does anyone have an idea or been through same ? Im also receiving housing benefit etc Judt wondered if anyone could give advice ? thanks x -Kay-
