Incident Info for 9/11 … - Hwy 9 & Deerfield Pkwy, VGCSA Marijuana : Officer conducted traffic stop on vehicle due to expired registration. Upon approaching the drivers side of the vehicle, the officer detected an odor of marijuana. Driver was found to be in possession of marijuana, but was not taken into custody due to not having anyone to pick up the juvenile in the vehicle. Driver was cited for VGCSA and driving with suspended registration. - 750 Hickory Flat Rd, Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property : Complainant advised that the registration sticker on his license plate had been removed. - Morris Rd & Webb Rd, Vehicle Impound : Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to the driver not wearing a seatbelt; consent search of vehicle conducted due to driver behavior. Driver advised license plate currently attached to vehicle was from previous vehicle. Vehicle was impounded due to the suspended registration and driver charged with driving on suspended registration and affixing plate to misrepresent identity of vehicle. - Deer Trl, Simple Battery, DV : Officer responded to the residence and met with juvenile complainant and subject, who had been involved in a physical altercation. Subject was taken into custody and juvenile complainant was released to parent. - Kensington Farms Dr, Simple Battery – DV : Officer responded to the residence and met with involved parties, who were involved in a physical altercation; subject was taken into custody. - Hopewell Rd & Hopewell Plantation, Disorderly Conduct : Officers responded to several calls of a suspicious person at the location; subject kept wandering into oncoming traffic, trying to flag down vehicles. Subject was taken into custody for disorderly conduct. - Forsyth County Jail, Wanted Person Located : Officer responded to Forsyth Co Jail regarding a subject found to be wanted out of Milton on a Probation Violation. - Marrywood Ct, Domestic Dispute : Officers met with involved parties at the residence; parties had been involved in a verbal altercation only, no physical contact occurred. - WalMart, 5200 Windward Pkwy, Stolen Tag : Officer met with complainant, who advised that the tag had been removed from their vehicle. - Walmart, 5200 Windward Pkwy, MVA : Officer responded to the location and met with complainant regarding a hit & run accident; no injuries were reported.
