Including all of Britain’s public services, we must restore the - TopicsExpress

Including all of Britain’s public services, we must restore the Police Services so that they can function seemingly, and release the pressure on their morale of their personnel. For that purpose, I also ask for the assistance of the First Civil Service Commissioner, Sir David John Normington, GCB, aka “James Bond.” The outgoing illegal coalition dictatorship has established Police Commissioners for every police service in the country. We simply do not run our police services that way in our country. Therefore, the remaining Police Commissioners must resign their office, under the command of the new appointee (in my trust) Her Majestys Chief Inspector of Constabulary, to replace the utterly disgraceful Tom Winsor. The Modus Operandi of the police will be restored. All scruffy, shabby untidily uniformed, maligning, untrained officers must leave the service at once. I hope that my personal eyewitness identification is helpful. I would like the police budget to be restored in due time, and as wise management of Britain’s finances allow. Therefore, I request that all police officers and control room personnel that have been summarily dismissed by the illegal coalition of David Cameron, be restored to their posts, so that they can cheerfully carry on with their professional duties. It’s significant that control room staff be restored to their posts so that professional uniformed police officers can be out on the beat, once again. While Parliament has been investigating senior police officers for corruption, all police management and personnel must be rigorously investigated and purged of corrupt officers. It is not too much trouble to detect character and integrity in any decent police officer, or British citizen. That is also my hope, for my own life. I believe that British Police officers are entitled to compensation for the gross distress, hardship, mismanagement and inconvenience imposed upon them by Winsor and Cameron’s illegal coalition, for the exploits of grand fraud and creating an illegal dictatorship in the peaceful and orderly realm of the United Kingdom. I am hopeful and confident that honour and distinction will be restored to their badges, insignia, and vehicles. There may be grave shortages in accommodating the blackguards David Cameron, his placemen, and all his numerous henchmen and poisonous spin doctors in custody suites. May I suggest that all Prisons being closed for re-development be re-opened, and the prison officers and staff be allowed to return to their jobs. One such example in my region is Bluntisham jail, Suffolk. May I also suggest that the cabins of hulks and decommissioned battleships be made available for the same purpose. It will be necessary to put all these twerps on trial too. For those purposes, may I suggest that the whole array and myriad of Law Courts that Cameron has closed for re-development, be re-commissioned and re-opened for business and legal proceedings, as soon as humanly possible. It is my hope and trust that the traitorous rogues can be detained indefinitely, until a court back in business can be found to try them in. Please remember officers, you cannot arrest or detain anyone without a warrant, and that includes me, Nigel Wootton. No one argues with me. There is no point in making a drama out of a crisis!
