Indescribable anger comes over me when I see this video. Sadly we as humans in our throw away society look at all things including human life as invaluable or worthless once it does not serve us or in this case becomes crippled or too old. People become an inconvenience. My how our priorities have shifted over time. These are health care workers charged with the responsibility of caring for elderly or handicapped persons. Persons who one day we ALL will become. As a nurse, who chose my professional career not for money, but for the love of my fellow man, I find this terrifying and heartbreaking that we as a society or human race have come to this. This happens right here in America under our noses, as we wheel off our useless, unserving elderly handicappped family members to nursing homes and visit them once a month to ease our conscience . Even ONE person who does this caught on camera is too many, but you can imagine the REAL numbers not caught are truly staggering. This breaks my heart to see these things occur. Please please if you MUST place a family member screen youre Nursing facilties well and visit OFTEN... Stay and observe behaviors and physically place youre eyeballs all over youre loved one looking for signs of abuse. It is our responsibility to care for our loved ones and protect them when they lose the ability to do so for themselves. Remember it was they who protected you when YOU were too small to defend yourself from lifes dangers including stranger danger. Misty
