Indian Council of Agricultural Research (icar.org.in; https://facebook/InAgrisearch) awards National Fellowship to promote excellence at national level in agricultural research and education; and, to recognize the meritorious contribution of individual agricultural scientists/teachers and facilitate their research and related activities in agriculture. I am happy to share with you that, this year I have been offered a position of National Fellow (icar.org.in/files/List-ICAR-National-Fellow-Awardees-2014.pdf) in Agricultural Biotechnology. Thanks to ICAR-IIPR, colleagues and collaborators from India and abroad, students and staff in my laboratory, all my friends, family and well-wishers.
