Indias leading industrialist Kumar Mangalam Birla was charge sheeted by CBI in coal allocation scam. Massive search and seizure operations are on in Delhi, Kolkatta, Bhubaneshwar and Mumbai. First round FIR filed against politicians, now it is the turn for industrialists and bureaucrats in coal scam. Will CBI fight the case strongly against those bigwigs in courts? Indian people have good faith on CBI. But their recent U turn in cases related to disproportionate asset of Mulayam Singh Yadav and Mayawati bring down the credibility of CBI to some extent. At the same time we have to pat them for their sincere effort in filing and fighting cases against Ajmal Kasab the prime accused in Mumbai terror case, which resulted in capital punishment.
