India’s poverty level falls to record 22% UPA GOVERNMENT - TopicsExpress

India’s poverty level falls to record 22% UPA GOVERNMENT PLANNING COMMISSION HA HA HA HA HA As per UPA Government planning commission Rs 35 per day is sufficient to live in India. Poverty in India declined to a record 22% in 2011-12 we have been hearing this empty slogans from the days of Garibi Hatao Wrong! NSS data has nothing to do with the government or elections. NSS is among the most respected data collection efforts in the developing world. BTW - if the government claims poverty has fallen, but it actually hasnt, are the people going to vote for the government? By seeing this false report……..? poor people are getting died for food day by day...Influence is increasing and poverty line is getting decrease……..!!!!!!!!! wowowo..!!!!!!. Let us assume that what congress government says of Rs.1000/= a month is sufficient for a person. Ok… This means an average person needs this money. Our MPs are above average therefore let us calculate 5 times more than average persons income. In such a case an MP needs only Rs.5000/= for him, then why the hell they are paid Rs.100,000/= per month. Let them return Rs.95000/= to the government together with interest immediately. Will they have the guts to do this? Eradication of poverty does not mean playing jokes with the limit. I had read the that in urban areas if you earn less than 1000 Rs/person then you fall under BPL category, thats a joke what can you do with 1000 Rs. How about people in planning commission try surviving for Rs 1000/person for a year. Congress has made a joke out of india This calculation of the Planning Commission is not at all scientifically correct. It is a political calculation, an exercise just before the elections to show that the number of poor have decreased. There is no statistical backing to it. It is amazing to see that on one hand % of poor is on increase and on the other hand there is increase in H.N.I. s and ultra H.N.I s . How this can happen. Yes it can happen only in India. Mr. Sivaramkrishnan, you have given wrong figures statement to UPA govt as per their direction from the point of General Election. With all due respect will you be ready to give up your earns (hard earned). The Tendulkar calculation though I agree could be not right. I wouldnt say it is flawed. And poverty like someone above mentioned cannot be based on hygiene, if it was we would be living in a sick caste based society. And yes statistics is a dirty game. And if you cannot understand it don not play it. monetary approach is not enough , you need to consider other factors as well e.g. Education ,Mortality rate , health , year of schooling , toilet, drinking water, cooking fuel , required nutrition per day etc. Bunch of jokers need is some brains not any methodology. Give them the same amount and lets see how far they can get. If this money is enough to eat then why do our great MLA and MPs ask for increase in their allowances, salaries etc???? Sonia Gandhi must be given Rs.32/-, Rahul Gandhi must be given Rs.1000/- They should survive with this amount for 3 months. If they survive with this money for 3 months, then Indians will start following them. But if they fail, these 2 persons must leave politics forever and go away from public life with an apology to all Indians for making jokes of Indians. 27 crore people in India (more than 20 percent of India population) cannot spend even Rs.15 per day. Can there be anything more shameful? SHAME TO PLANNING COMMISSION OF UPA GOVERNMENT DEAR VOTERS PLEASE WAKEUP…VOTE NAMO FOR GOOD GOVERNMENT
